The unique terroir of Punjab, Haryana, and Uttarakhand — fed by snow-melt from the Himalayas — produces rice with an unmistakable aroma, delicate texture, and elongation upon cooking that no other region can replicate.

Eversure Globals sources directly from APEDA-registered millers who age rice for a minimum of 12 months. Proper aging reduces moisture content, intensifies aroma, and ensures each grain elongates to nearly double its raw length when cooked — a hallmark of genuine basmati.

Shipping & Logistics

We manage the complete export process from mill to port. Our team handles APEDA certification, Phytosanitary inspection, fumigation, COO, and all shipping documentation. Basmati rice is shipped in 20ft containers (typically 24-26 MT net weight) from JNPT Mumbai, Mundra, or Chennai ports.

Transit times: Middle East (7-12 days), Europe (18-22 days), USA (25-30 days), Southeast Asia (12-16 days).

Direct Mill Sourcing

We source 1121, Traditional, Pusa, and Sugandha Basmati directly from APEDA-certified mills in Punjab, Haryana, and Uttarakhand. Direct sourcing reduces costs by 8-12% and ensures consistent quality and full traceability.

Export Packaging Options

We offer 25kg and 50kg PP bags (standard), 5kg and 10kg retail packs, 1kg pouches for supermarkets, and jute bags for organic orders. All packaging uses food-grade laminated materials with moisture barriers. Custom branding available.

Quality Control at Every Stage

Our QC includes grain length measurement, moisture testing, broken percentage checks, aroma assessment, and foreign matter screening. Every batch is tested for pesticide residues and heavy metals. Rejection rate is below 1.5%.

Flexible Payment Terms

We accept 30% advance + 70% BL copy, Letter of Credit at sight, and escrow for first-time buyers. Regular buyers qualify for 45-day open account terms after three successful shipments.

1121 vs Traditional Basmati?

1121 has longest grain (8.4mm+ raw, 20mm+ cooked) and strongest aroma. Traditional Basmati has delicate nutty flavor and shorter grain, preferred in premium Middle Eastern markets.

How is Basmati aged?

Export-grade Basmati is aged 18-24 months in temperature-controlled silos. Aging reduces moisture, intensifies aroma, and improves grain elongation. New crop lacks these qualities and costs 20-30 percent less.

Packaging options?

Standard uses 25kg and 50kg laminated PP bags with moisture barriers. Retail packs include 5kg, 10kg, and 1kg pouches. Jute bags for organic orders. Custom branding available.

Quality testing?

Testing includes grain length, moisture (max 12 percent), broken percentage, foreign matter, aroma, and pesticide residues. Premium grades require zero broken grains and 2-year aging.

Organic certified Basmati?

Yes. NPOP and USDA Organic certified Basmati from Punjab and Haryana farms. Organic commands 25-35 percent premium in European and North American health-conscious markets.

Minimum order?

Minimum is 1 FCL 20ft with 24-26 MT. LCL from 10 MT for regular buyers. We recommend 6-month contracts for consistent supply and better pricing.
